Annual Ladner Village Quilt Walk and Classic Car Show!

The Ladner Business Association in conjunction with the Quilted Bear
Shop is holding their Annual Quilt Walk and Classic Car Show on Sunday, August 19, 2012.

If you are interested in just the Quilt Walk come Saturday evening; lots
of room to walk around and get some great pictures of beautiful quilts.
If you would like to enter a quilt please follow the link above to print out the registration form. Please fax or drop off the completed form no later than August 10th. Quilts must be dropped off at the store no later than August 15th.
If you would like to make it a Family Day come Sunday; hubby and kids
can have a look at the Classic Cars while you are looking at the Quilts.
Directions: Just head south through the Deas Island Tunnel and take your
first right and head straight along River Road. You can't miss it!
Attention all quilters!! We need you to join our block challenge. Come
by the store and pick up a kit for $2.00. You'll recieve the challenge
fabric and the guidlines for the block. The blocks will be judged
during the quilt walk and viewers choice will receive a gift basket
worth over $150 in quilting related goodies!! PLUS all the blocks will
then be put together into quilt(s) to be donated to the "Delta Victims
Unit". Here's a sneak peek at what's come in so far...
